Our Trip to Denver

One of the fantastic sights we saw on our journey

We spent Beth's Spring break week in Denver with Jess, Ben & Jack. We drove this journey for the first time and the beautiful scenry helped the 9 hours pass much quicker.

Jess and Ben moved into their new home about 2 months ago and so we were excited to see it and have our  own bedrooms as they went from 2 - 4 bedrooms.

We didn't see too much of Ben because he was in the middle of busy season which meant early mornings and late nights (which on one day meant early morning as he didn't get home till 1am I think!).  However he did manage to have Friday and Saturday off as they completed.

Jess and Ben have a new addition to their family Reagan-Ann a gorgeous German short haired pointer.  They have another addition joining their family a baby boy due July 10th.

Well we had an blast with the young Carney family with hikes, down town Denver with a walk along the river, Garden of the God's near Colorado Spings which was fabulous, Air force academy. Beth went to see Mary Poppins with Jess and Ben at the theatre.
