Married for 27 years!

Well today is our 27th Wedding Anniversary, which is pretty scary as those 27 years have come and gone so quickly that before we know it another 27 years will come and go. I can't believe that it has been 2 years since our land mark Silver Wedding Anniversary.

I received a lovely bouquet of Lilies this morning from my sweetheart, I just love Lilies well I love flowers in general but Lilies are my favorite.

We received a funny on line card from Aaron, Kimberly and Joshua and they tell us that there is something on its way to us, a cinema gift certificate which will come in use tomorrow as we plan a date to the movies and dinner.

Then this afternoon our dear friend Gill came around with a delicious homemade chocolate cake, which oodles of chocolate butter cream icing in the middle and on the top with a Cadbury's flake. Steve wanted a piece but I meanly told him no as I thought once a slice is gone, I would be tempted to have a piece and then another piece.

Well what can I say other I feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful husband and father to our 3 beautiful children. Steve is my best friend and I love him to bits and he makes me laugh, which is so important.
